Professional Background

Prior to opening my private practice in 2024, I served for more than 12 years as a full-time staff mediator for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in the Florida State Court System.

Mediation Experience

I conducted over 4,000 mediations in the Family, Dependency, and Small Claims divisions, helping individuals and families navigate challenging situations with care, clarity, and respect.  Before joining the Florida State Court System, I began my mediation career as a volunteer County Mediator for the 12th Circuit. I also conducted mediations for the Florida Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation Program as a Circuit Civil Mediator.

I use a calm, thoughtful approach that helps clients feel confident that they have a voice throughout the process. I am skilled at guiding negotiations toward meaningful resolution and drafting agreements that are both concise and comprehensive.

Fees

The minimum time is 2 1/2 hours for $500.00. If the mediation extends beyond the scheduled time, it is computed in 30-minute increments. The additional time is calculated at $100 per 30 minutes.
