Whether your legal problem involves a family law issue, HOA dispute, will contest, estate plan, small business dispute, civil case or education issue, Waugh Law & Mediation will help you resolve the legal problem efficiently.  Brenda is a lawyer, licensed in Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia. She also has been certified by the Virginia Supreme Court to accept court referred mediation in civil cases in General District Court and in Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.  Brenda has published several law journal articles and has conducted dozens of workshops throughout the United States and Canada.

Experiência Profissional

Brenda has a JD from West Virginia University, an MA from Eastern Mennonite University and her BA from the University of Virginia.  She has taught courses at WVU Law School and the Center for Justice and Peace at Eastern Mennonite University.  She has published articles in several law journals.

Experiência em Mediação

Brenda has mediated hundreds of cases since completing her Master's Degree in Conflict Resolution in 2009.  She has mediated cases in the areas of civil disputes, employment, Home Owner Association conflicts, and family matters.
