Expérience dans la médiation

My primary mediation experience is with insurance related matters. I have also performed mediations for debt and contract disputes. I frequently travel throughout the state of Florida for mediations.

Approche et philosophie de médiation

My philosophy is to keep mediation professional, yet more on the informal side. I find that people have an easier time opening up when they are in a lighter environment. While I understand that the issues are very serious, mediation tends to be more productive when people are relaxed. I pride myself on being open-minded and non-judgmental. I do not walk into mediation with any pre-conceived notions. I’m there to listen, to understand, and to help. I have always been somewhat of a sponge, almost able to feel the emotions of another person. This quality allows me to be compassionate and to invest myself in the process. While I always respect when someone wants to stop, I keep trying for as long as the parties are willing. I am no stranger to conflict. Been there, done that, don’t like it. But, I understand that it’s part of life and to the extent I can help people out of it, I will do my best. I believe in good ole’ common sense and fairness that hopefully will bring results. I don’t drag things out for the sake of increasing my fees. My opening speech is short, direct, and to the point. I’d much rather spend the time listening to you and working on your issues.

$200 per hour with a 2 hour minimum
