As a Full Certified workplace mediator, registered at the International ADR register, I mediate between USA employers and their employees in The Netherlands.            The Dutch Labor Law is very different than the Workplace laws in the USA.

Mr. Vandam has owned several companies during his professional career in the last 40 years. All companies were based in The Netherlands, providing +1000 jobs. Following the sale of his companies, Mr. Vandam decided to devote his time and experience to workplace mediation, helping employees and employers to solve their disputes.

Mr. Vandam has used his broad experience in workplace and business mediation to solve disputes and improve the relationship among parties. As Full Certified International ADR mediator Mr. Vandam is required to maintain his knowledge and skills through continually updating his knowledge. Continued education is regulated by the International ADR register, adhering to the rules for CPD (Continuing Professional Development Program).

“I dare to ask the right questions, even if they may be uncomfortable questions, in getting to the core of a conflict. In my role as mediator, I will always be myself and will call out what I see and hear. My goal is to create a safe, impartial environment during mediation. This setting cultivates the best mutual solutions in a conflict. I firmly believe in the benefits of mediation. Helping people to resolve their disputes and conflicts through mediation lowers stress and creates a happier, more productive future for all involved. I am a full-time professional mediator with great attention for a personal approach. My mediation services are available for national and international venues.”

Frais

$ 250 per hour for a two party mediation.

Born in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, Mr. Vandam is someone who prefers to “grab the bull by the horns”. Getting to the root of an issue is essential during mediation, but respecting all individuals involved is just as important.

In the last 40 years, Mr. Vandam has been the CEO and General Manager at large companies, employing more than a thousand people. He now uses this extensive experience to help others resolve their disputes and conflicts.

A great interest and respect for all kinds of people has been instilled in him through his extensive travels and by having worked in diverse cultures. He is very curious about who people are and what drives them. He is also an ardent believer in equality among people and approach each interaction in an unbiased, calm and professional manner. He is a listener.
