Notable results: 
* Negotiated generous severance package for high-level executive in the midst of the restructuring of company and recapitalization.
* Obtained $3.5 million judgment for client who had sued former employees for stealing trade secrets, customer information, equipment, and parts to set up competing business using stolen goods and proprietary information.
* Obtained jury award for 100% of claimed damages in contract dispute over unpaid bills and successfully dismissed counterclaims for professional negligence.
* Obtained favorable settlement for class of common shareholders in a dispute over fairness and validity of a company recapitalization.
* Obtained favorable settlement of claims by unions against subcontractor for alleged failure to pay benefits under ERISA.  
* Obtained favorable settlement for homeowner in dispute with general contractor for negligence and breach of contract.
