Over 10,000 hours of Mediation since 2016.  Contract Employee for Federal, State, Cities, Nonprofits, and large and small private businesses.  Over 750 hours of additional SPECIALIZED training in ADR related topics.

Create "Win-Win" situations for the clients! The parties in mediation hold the power, we as ADR professionals hold the experience to guide them to closure of issues and create a settlement agreement. I don't interpret the law or tell them how I believe a court would respond - that is not mediation.

We hold contract status for several Federal agencies as well as State contracts in NM, TX, AZ, CO, UT, WY for various agencies. Additionally, we provide Prime and Subcontractor of Federal Workplace, employee and Union dispute resolution of people and process issues. We have a strong presence in Workplace, Family, Education and Employee Conflict Resolution.
