Parcours professionnel

Courtney Walder Tella is the founder and owner of The Peace Group, Inc. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Legal studies from Texas Woman’s University. In the midst of pursuing her life long goal of attending law school , she discovered an option that allows parties to find a solution that works best for them. This option is the process of mediation, thus becoming her passion. Courtney received her basic and family mediations training from El Centro College and Southern Methodist University. She has successfully mediated and settled hundreds of cases. 

In the midst of her busy schedule, Courtney serves as a volunteer mediator for the Harris County Dispute Resolution Center and the Better Business Bureau of Greater Houston. 

When Courtney isn’t in the office you can find her spending time with her husband and daughter, or traveling.
