Description of Practice

My style of mediation works best for people who have an emotional connection. Subject matter does not matter as my intent is to create communication between the parties that leads to solutions that work for all parties involved. My style is based on Nonviolent Communication as developed by Marshall Rosenberg. If you are looking for mediators who co-mediate with couples to present an equal appearance for couples, my partner Lynn can fill that role.
