Family, Workplace, Business, Employee Dispute Resolution are what we do in a Confdential, Private, Professional and Supportive environment.  We are NEUTRAL third party mediators who help you craft decisions that you and the other party decide is the best solution.  We do not act like judges, juries and lawyers; we are specialty trained to help you, not tell you what to do.

Mediation Experience

Over 6,000 hours in all types of Mediation since 2016.  Contract Employee for Federal, State, Cities, Nonprofits, and large and small private businesses as well as volunteer in local courts in New Mexico and Texas, Arizona, and other Western states.  Over 550 hours of additional training in ADR related topics.

Mediation Approach & Philosophy

Create "Win-Win" situations for the clients! The parties in mediation hold the power, we as ADR professionals hold the experience to guide them to closure of issues and create a settlement agreement. I don't interpret the law or tell them how I believe a court would respond - that is not mediation.

Representative Cases Handled as a Mediator

We hold contract status for several Federal agencies as well as State contracts in NM, TX, AZ, CO, UT, WY for various agencies. Additionally, we have several agreements with Prime and Subcontractor of Federal agencies to provide Workplace, employee and Union dispute resolution of people and process issues. We have a strong presence in Workplace, Family, Education and Employee Conflict Resolution.

Debt and Money Due Mediations are Arbitrations up to and greater than $2 million.
