Description of Practice

I am an Orange County mediator and paralegal with 12 years of legal experience and an ABA-approved paralegal degree. I work with attorneys and self-represented litigants on family law and landlord-tenant disputes. I came to mediation through years of hands-on legal work in the nonprofit sector, where I handled landlord-tenant cases, conservatorships, and family law matters up close. I also spent four years as a licensed real estate professional, which gave me a real understanding of the financial and personal pressures people face when a dispute gets out of hand. I work with both attorneys and people representing themselves, because not everyone who needs help has a lawyer. If you are going through a divorce, a custody issue, or a rental dispute that feels like it is heading nowhere fast, I would love to help you find a way through it. Court is not always the answer.
