Tawanda’s compliance and fiduciary experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President and Legal Compliance Officer for a major trust company, where she reviewed new personal trust accounts, ensured regulatory and fiduciary compliance, and strengthened internal controls. Her operational expertise also includes designing and implementing large-scale educational programs across multiple states as a Business Development Manager.

In the healthcare and personal injury sector, she served as Business Partner and Operations Director for a multi-location chiropractic and personal injury clinic.
