Professional Background

Ms. Hiranshi Shah is an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom . She is a fellow member of the World Mediation Organization, Germany,  panel International Negotiator and Mediator at Centre for International Alternative Dispute Resolution (CIADR).
She is a practicing advocate at the Gujarat High Court and Certified Mediator by Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs under the aegis of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, GOI. She is the President of YCiADR, India. She is also panel neutral as a Mediator and Conciliator at SAMA. She is board member of National Governing Council at UNAccc. She is registered as an advocate under Nyaya Bandhu Programme of Department of Justice, Government of India.
She is a young member of reputed international organizations - Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), and International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
She has judged the 20th International Law School Mediation Tournament organized by INADR (Tbilisi, Georgia) and International Online Mediation Competition organized by ADR ODR International, London. She has been appointed as Conciliator in pre Litigation cases by Vadodara District Legal service Authority for 12th December 2020 Online National Lok Adalat on Pro Bono basis . She was awarded the title of 9th Best Student Ambassador of India in Indian Mediation Week- 2018, which was supported by the Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India & NITI Aayog in her student life.
