Keith Kosierowski is a trained Divorce and Family Mediator, an Executive Function Coach, Certified MA Collaborative Law Divorce Coach, Family Mental Health Counselor in private practice since 2008.  Based in Hingham, Massachusetts, he offers unbiased wisdom and guidance to complex and/or high-conflict families, couples, parents, co-parents, children and professionals.  Keith customizes solutions to meet the goals, needs and interests of each client. 

After working alongside Keith, clients report feeling validated, acknowledged, nurtured and better able to master healthy boundary-setting. Couples gain grounded perspectives, develop accountability, awareness and feel a reduced impact of childhood trauma. They learn strategies to permanently reduce conflict, to get past codependency, to work with personality disorders, to improve overall communication. Families develop healthy coping strategies and solutions that work for the entire family.

Professional Background

Along with his Divorce Mediation Training, Keith brings his impressive credentials to his private practice as a Licensed School Counselor, Certified Developmental and Relational Trauma Therapist, Certified Assessor of Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths, and is in the process of becoming a  Certified Massachusetts Parent Coordinator. 

He has worked not only in local schools but in American International Schools in Central America and Europe as well, and has taught Divorcing Parent Education courses at MWI Boston and The Divorce Center in Newton. He has spoken at regional and national conferences, as well as Special Education Parent Advisory Councils meetings.

Mediation Approach & Philosophy

Keith provides safe spaces for clients to reduce stress and be highly productive. He listens, empowers, and facilitates meaningful win-win outcomes. He will take his time and educate clients as needed, while providing structure, accountability, and the support needed to make hard decisions in timely manners.    After working with Keith, clients report a greater sense of calmness, improved relationships with those they struggled with, and improved resolved outcomes. Outcomes for groups of people include “lowering the temperature” in their relationships, gathering fresh perspectives, resolving complex, long-standing disagreements, and learning adaptive communication skills for long-term use. Those experiencing trauma, PTSD, co-dependency, narcissism, borderline personality disorders, ADHD, anger, abuse/neglect, parent alienation, etc., need reunification to resolve key issues and are likely to gain long-term strategies to reduce chances of future conflict.

Fees

Range $220 - $350 per session. (For the right fit client in need I will provide scholarship)

Keith lives on the South Shore and is a proud father of two children. He is a baseball and flag football coach, and enjoys active outdoors-based activities.
