Mediation lets you decide your case. 
 Kevin Forsberg has prosecuted and defended in numerous arbitration matters, and has further served as arbitrator in many other matters.  While arbitration can limit some types of recovery, it can be a cost effective and much quicker manner of solving a conflict. 
Furthermore, mediation does not need to be cost prohibitive.  Mediation fees are transparent and reasonable.  Arbitration Fees are determined by agreement of the parties.

Over 24 years of trial law, practicing in a wide variety of venues statewide, representing both injured individuals and defendaing those sued in a number of cases from personal injury, to employment and general civil litigation.

2 Hour Mediations - $300.00 per party 1/2 day mediations - $550.00 per party Full day - $1000.00 per party
