AbronADR Services is a full service conflict resolution firm.  We specialize in labor, workplace, engineering, architecture, environmental, land use, and construction related cases due to the unique background of our principal.  Mr. Abron has gained extensive experience on general civil and commercial cases while mediating cases in both private practice and the State Courts of Michigan.  Mr. Abron has been accepted as a construction expert witness in several county courts in California.  James Abron is a Michigan State Court Administrative Office qualified general civil and domestic relations mediator.

Professional Background

James Abron has worn many hats in his career: civil engineer, land surveyor, project engineer, construction contract administrator, construction manager, public works administrator, and small business owner.  Most recently, Mr. Abron was employed by Jones & Henry Engineers, Ltd., Toledo, Ohio as Director of Infrastructure Management.  Mr. Abron founded Consortium Management Company, LLC, a project and construction management firm based in Walnut Creek, California in 2004.   Mr. Abron served as the Director of Public Works/Drain Commissioner for Wayne County, Michigan, after completing a twenty year career at the City of Oakland, California where he managed construction of the agency’s capital improvement program. Mr. Abron is a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
